Aspirion received the highest overall performance score of 92.1, with clients praising its legal expertise and high overturn rates. Users appreciated the vendor’s regular client conversations and educational offerings, though some noted staffing issues as engagements progressed.
Across all vendors, clients expressed a desire for more detailed trending data and performance insights. While firms are responding to these requests, the KLAS report suggested that more proactive actions could help improve consistency in reporting experiences.
